Beyond Scientific Publication: Extending the Reach of Research Findings

Join us to discuss the importance of disseminating research findings beyond scientific publication. Learn practical tools and skills. The presentation will include a panel comprised of policy makers, community-based organizations, press, and grant-making foundations.  Presenters will discuss how they utilize research results, challenges in dissemination, and how research guides their work. Researchers, community agencies, and their staff are encouraged to attend!

Learn about the creation of public policy and in the community—and the challenges of disseminating results in these settings.
