Importance
Injuries from motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death for Connecticut residents under the age of 35. Alcohol motor vehicle involved accidents are a direct consequence of alcohol misuse. In the US, only 7 of all crashes involve alcohol use, but 39 of fatal crashes do.
Strengths

Limitations
