Connecticut Voices for Children produced these measures by linking and analyzing enrollment and encounter data obtained from the Connecticut Department of Social Services for state funded HUSKY Program performance monitoring, pursuant to a contract between the Department of Social Services and the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving.
