Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) Clinical Scholars Program at Yale School of Medicine
Mission and Activities
The mission of the Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars Program (RWJ CSP) is to prepare a talented group of physicians dedicated to addressing challenges and opportunities in our rapidly evolving medical and healthcare system.
Yale Scholars build critical research skills through participation in the Program's structured 2-year curriculum and the application classroom concepts to individual research projects. Each Scholar is expected to engage in at least one community-based research project that supports the Program’s commitment to improve the health of New Haven. These projects may be done on an individual basis or with other Scholars (see detailed guidelines here and see examples of research projects here.
To propose a community-based research project contact Deputy Director Georgina Lucas ( georgina.lucas (at) yale (dot) edu )
